Cesar Pesto Pasta salad

Creamy dressing
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c grated parm
1/4 c lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon style mustard
1 tsp anchovy paste (used worchestershire sauce)
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

pesto
1/2 c parm
1/4 c basil pesto
1 c of creamy dressing

16 oz Spiral pasta
1cup Fresh mozzarella cubed
1 cup fresh tomatoes  diced
1/2red onion  diced about 1/4 cup

Berry Good Salad

My knock off version of Strawberry Spring Salad at BJ's brewhouse

1 bag Spring Salad Mix
1 pint fresh strawberries sliced
1 pack feta cheese, crumbled
1 C walnuts, toasted

Raspberry Vinaigrette

Add all together and toss with vinaigrette right before serving.

Shirley's Cole Slaw Dressing

1/2 C real mayo
1 T prepared mustard
1 T wine vinegar
3 T sugar
dash salt
1/2 to 1 tsp celery seeds
